Balance Class

A 45 minute class with up to 6 participants learning exercises designed to improve balance and reduce risk of falls. Muscle Therapist Laura Simmons will provide 1-1 support and give guidance for practicing at home. Props such as chairs will be used for your safety whenever needed. Casual sessions, you can attend as often as you like but pre-booking is essential due to limited spaces. Pay £5 on the door.
